Please arrive at Villa Catalana Cellars at 1:15 pm for light refreshments and live music before the ceremony begins. When you arrive, please park in the lower parking lot. Please note you will need to walk on hillside terrain to get up to the villa. Golf cart accommodations will be available as needed.

Guests will need to drive from the ceremony venue (Villa Catalana Cellars) to the reception venue (Amaterra Winery). Directions can be found on the travel page, here.

The names listed on your invitation are those we have accounted for in order to adhere to the capacity of the venue. Please refrain from bringing a plus one.

Yes, we kindly request that you wear semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear a dress or pantsuit. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit or sports coat. Please refrain from wearing white. Please see this reference for helpful general guidelines on semi-formal attire.

Please note that it can get hot in the summertime in Oregon. Please check the forecast ahead of time and dress in cooler clothes as needed. The ceremony space is fully outdoors and will require walking on rough terrain, so please wear nice walkable shoes.

Oregon in July is mostly warm and sunny. Expect the temperature in Oregon during July to average around 82 degrees. Please check the forecast ahead of time and dress in cooler clothes as needed. Our ceremony venue is fully outdoors but our reception will mainly take place indoors with air conditioning.

The ceremony at Villa Catalana Cellars will be fully outdoors. The reception at Amaterra Winery will be mainly indoors with air conditioning. 

We completely understand if you may not be able to attend. If you are unable to make it to the wedding, please RVSP as soon as possible, selecting "With Regrets". We will look forward to visiting with you another time!

During the wedding, there will be vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. If you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know and we will accommodate the request as best we can.
